Enterprise Sales Manager

Geographically and vertically focused in Retail, Leisure, Hospitality or Public Sector, you will be responsible for the identification and drive through to sale for enterprise accounts. The Enterprise Sales Manager will work closely with partners to ensure opportunities are driven through Proof of Concept to sale. The candidate will have experience of solution sales in software or digital markets and ideally experience of selling into the marketing functions of a business.

Service Provider Director

Regionally focused for EMEAR, Americas or APJC, you will have responsibility for nurturing existing relationships and building new ones with Service Providers. You will drive the execution of go to market strategies, training of sales teams and organising events with these key partners. You will have a good understanding of the Service Provider landscape ideally with existing relationships in the industry.

Channel Manager

Responsible for the day to day relationship with our key channel partners, both existing and new relationships. You will drive the creation of go to market plans, training of sales staff and assist in end user sales presentations. You will ensure that each of your partners is as successful as possible by positioning Purple WiFi as their key technology.

Product Solution Specialist

Responsible for supporting the sales function in the sales process and in particular Proof of Concepts to make sure these are set up smoothly and have success factors in place. Additionally, you will have responsibility for technical and solution design input into presentations, proposals and tenders. You will have a strong technical understanding of the WiFi space along with exposure to customers as part of the sales process.

Inside Sales Executive

Working alongside our Partner Manager, you will be responsible for the management and acquisition of new White Label partners, dealing with new enquiries, targeting potentials and ensuring existing partners are called on a regular basis. You will be a high energy individual, extremely organised and professional.

Sponsorship Manager

Sponsorship in the WiFi sector create considerable opportunities for brands to engage directly with users in context, and in a timely fashion to get maximum engagement. This role will be focused on working with large brands to explore the opportunity to run campaigns around new and existing WiFi estate. You will have a history of selling to brands, preferably around digital based campaigns, and understand how to make these partnerships work.

DevOps/ SysAdmin

Working closely with our development and operations teams, this role will have responsibility for managing Purple WiFi’s global always-on server infrastructure. The successful applicant will be highly self-motivated and have experience with Amazon AWS or other cloud hosting providers, Linux administration, security, scalability, monitoring, containers, large data storage and IT task automation. You will have a passion for researching cutting edge open source technologies and performance optimisation to bring the best, most stable user experience for our customers. Knowledge of WiFi technologies would also be an advantage.

Support Engineer

Working as part of our customer-facing second-line support team, the successful applicant will have prior experience of WiFi networking (especially configuring routers, controllers and access points) and good working knowledge of different OS platforms (Windows, OSX, Linux, Android, iOS, Blackberry). SQL experience and other scripting, programming or IT skills would be advantageous. Above all the role requires excellent communication, analytical and problem solving skills.

PHP Developers (mid-level to senior)

Working primarily on our WiFi portal product as part of our development team, applicants should be experienced working with OO/MVC PHP frameworks, comfortable with JS/JQuery and have excellent SQL (MySQL) skills. Although mainly working with our front end team, a good working knowledge of HTML5/CSS is also expected. Experience with the Symfony2 framework, Doctrine, Linux, MongoDB and working with Amazon AWS would also be advantageous. Our developers are passionate, highly self-motivated, able to work under pressure both individually and as part of a team and have a positive ‘can do’ attitude to technical challenges.
